Sales Director

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead Sisal Loterie Maroc’s commercial activities in Casablanca. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape and execute the commercial strategy, own the P&L and drive revenue growth across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the commercial P&L, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, develop and motivate field sales teams and retail network partners.
• Manage sales performance, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Optimize network coverage, retailer engagement and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance on growth initiatives.
• Lead trade‑marketing activations, product launches and customer acquisition programmes.
• Ensure strong sales governance, compliance and field discipline.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record managing large retail or distribution networks and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong strategic, analytical and execution capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG, telecom, retail, gaming, distribution or similar sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• PowerPoint for presentations and business cases.
• Familiarity with BI tools (a plus).
• Sales performance management and forecasting.
• Budget management and commercial planning.
