Senior Client Service Executive

About the role

As a Senior Client Service Executive you will be the primary point of contact for FMCG clients, managing routine deliverables and data requests. You will ensure timely, accurate delivery of insights while identifying opportunities to grow the client’s business with Worldpanel.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss briefs with clients, challenge assumptions and design appropriate methodology.
• Run analyses, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights based on category knowledge.
• Maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor and introduce additional Worldpanel capabilities.
• Anticipate client needs, propose solutions and pursue revenue opportunities.
• Review regular reports, produce special analyses, and highlight key patterns.
• Support and train junior team members and continuously expand FMCG knowledge.
