Senior QA Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products across our media brands. You will design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies, work closely with developers and product teams, and help deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and execute manual test plans, test cases and test reports aligned with requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and system testing on web, mobile (iOS & Android) and API layers.
• Identify, analyze and document software defects and work with developers to resolve them.
• Participate in test planning, estimation and scheduling activities.
• Apply diverse testing techniques and tools to maximise coverage and efficiency.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and customer‑care to ensure complete test coverage and address user‑reported issues.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on manual QA experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
