Virtual Assistant – Guest Relations & Bookings

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to act as the central hub for a diverse portfolio of boutique hotels, B&Bs, and premium short‑term rentals. This fully remote, full‑time position blends traditional hotel guest services with modern short‑term‑rental logistics, ensuring a flawless five‑star experience from booking to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, handling special requests, check‑in logistics, and real‑time issue resolution.
• Manage calendar availability, rate synchronization, and reservation modifications across Guesty and Uplisting.
• Maintain and update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google, responding to reviews to protect brand reputation.
• Coordinate daily with on‑site hotel staff and remote maintenance/housekeeping teams to ensure smooth turnovers.
• Handle OTA disputes, chargebacks, and overbooking prevention while keeping detailed administrative records.
• Provide on‑call support for urgent guest needs outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or short‑term‑rental guest services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
