Affiliate Cyber Navigator Specialist

About the role

The Affiliate Cyber Navigator Specialist supports Stellantis in establishing and maturing its cybersecurity governance framework across affiliate companies. The role ensures alignment with global standards, guides affiliate stakeholders and monitors adherence to governance requirements, contributing to risk reduction, compliance assurance and collaboration between affiliates and Stellantis Cyber Governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for affiliates, communicating cybersecurity requirements, risk posture and governance processes clearly.
• Assist in deploying the Affiliate Cybersecurity Framework, tailoring requirements to each affiliate's integration and ownership model.
• Support periodic reviews, self-assessments and audits to validate adherence to Stellantis' cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Help assess affiliate risk levels using criteria such as revenue, supplier dependency and critical assets, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Consolidate affiliate status, compliance evidence and risk posture for management reporting and committee discussions.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings, track action items and follow up on them.
• Identify quick wins where affiliates can use Stellantis' existing capabilities, tools and processes to improve their security posture.
• Ensure affiliates understand escalation protocols, coordinate with Stellantis Cybersecurity during incidents and track corrective actions.
• Promote security awareness initiatives and help affiliates understand governance processes.

Required profile

• Experience in cybersecurity governance, audit or compliance, preferably in multinational organizations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to consolidate and monitor large volumes of governance data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with affiliate and Stellantis stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001.
