Cyber Resilience Lead

About the role

The Cyber Resilience Lead coordinates the organization's cyber resilience capabilities so that the company is ready, able to respond and can recover from major cyber events. The role acts as a central orchestrator across cybersecurity, IT and business teams, aligning them and leading crisis coordination when incidents occur.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Cyber Defense, IT, Business and Risk teams on resilience topics, and facilitate escalation and decision-making during incidents
• Lead enterprise-level coordination of major cyber incidents, provide situational awareness and reporting to leadership, and support executive decisions
• Design and run crisis simulations and cyber exercises, involving IT, business, regions and affiliates, and validate coordination mechanisms
• Build the cyber resilience community by promoting knowledge sharing, organizing forums and workshops, and running regular coordination routines
• Run post-incident reviews, identify gaps in coordination and response, and track improvement actions

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response, crisis management or resilience roles
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional environments at enterprise level
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-visibility situations

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and business continuity concepts
• Coordination and orchestration mindset, leadership without direct authority, and decision support in complex environments
