About the role

We are looking for motivated Appointment Setting Agents to join our fast‑growing call centre. You will work on outbound calls to schedule appointments for our renovation services, ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and confirm appointments (target of 38 hot confirmations per day).
  • Maintain a daily schedule from 09:00‑13:00 and 14:00‑19:00 with a 1‑hour break.
  • Record call outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Follow scripts and adapt communication to each prospect.

Required profile

  • Fluent French speaking skills.
  • Good listening and communication abilities.
  • Beginners accepted – training provided.
  • Serious, motivated, punctual and reliable.

    • Competitive base salary (5,000 DHS) plus uncapped bonuses (up to 7,800 DHS) and a 1,000 DHS attendance bonus.
