AI Business Operations Analyst (Remote, 6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote AI Business Operations Analyst to evaluate and compare the quality of responses from multiple AI chatbots in real‑world small‑business scenarios. The role lasts six months and involves creating realistic business prompts, interacting with chatbots, and providing structured feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts based on defined user goals.
• Interact with up to five turns per conversation with multiple AI chatbots.
• Assess response quality on clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Provide comparative evaluations and submit conversation transcripts.
• Produce visual marketing content such as logos, flyers, and product catalogs.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, inventory logistics, and CRM automation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and define Ideal Customer Profiles.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking, and quick financial estimates.
• Use spreadsheets, PDFs, and images as part of the evaluation workflow.

Required profile

• Business owner background or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and remote collaboration.
