Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically proficient Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead AI initiatives across multiple business domains. You will design, develop, and industrialize scalable AI solutions, from intelligent assistants to AI agents, while ensuring compliance with platform standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess AI use‑case opportunities in collaboration with business teams.
• Facilitate scoping, discovery, and solution‑design workshops.
• Develop AI assistants, agents, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Support business teams from ideation through deployment and industrialization.
• Document solutions and share best practices across the organization.
• Continuously monitor AI technology trends and incorporate relevant advancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software engineering or AI, with senior‑level expertise.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Required skills

• Python for AI development.
• LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, A2A frameworks.
• RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM integration.
• LLMOps tools such as Langfuse, MLflow, and observability frameworks.
• Guardrails implementation and responsible AI practices.
• Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud‑native platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• REST APIs, micro‑services architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
