Atlassian Consultant - Casablanca

About the role

Communardo Experts Morocco, part of the Communardo Group, is hiring an Atlassian consultant for its Casablanca office in Casablanca Finance City. You will work alongside experienced consultants and technology experts on Atlassian consulting, administration and cloud transformation projects for enterprise customers worldwide, combining strong technical expertise with consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise Jira and Confluence Data Center and Cloud environments, including configurations, customizations, Marketplace Apps and integrations.
• Configure and administer Jira and Confluence, including workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens, custom fields, automation and project configurations.
• Plan and execute Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migrations using Atlassian migration tools and best practices, including assessments, compatibility reviews and cleanup recommendations.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions and advise throughout implementation projects.
• Develop scripts and automations with ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs and REST APIs where needed.
• Evaluate, configure and administer Atlassian Marketplace Apps, and support customers on governance, user management, authentication and SSO.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during migration and day-to-day administration, collaborating with consultants, developers and international project teams.

Required profile

• C1 English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise-scale environments.
• Ability to turn customer requirements into working Atlassian configurations and consulting solutions.
• Consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical customers.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Casablanca Finance City office; relocation support available where applicable.
• Nice to have: enterprise or regulated industry experience, migration assessment experience, Atlassian certifications (ACP), German, and experience with Forge, Rovo or Jira Product Discovery.
