Bar Supervisor – Taghazout Bay Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team at the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort. The role ensures high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction while managing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting deficiencies and ensuring a professional appearance.
• Communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to meet guest needs and coordinate service.
• Monitor the dining area for seating availability, service quality, safety, and overall guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and conduct regular inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
• Manage cash handling by obtaining the assigned bank, securing monies, and providing change as required.
• Enforce company safety and security policies, report incidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting.

Required skills

• Inventory management of food, beverage, and liquor supplies.
• Cash handling and bank reconciliation.
