About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative who enjoys interacting with customers and solving problems proactively. The role involves handling inquiries in both French and English across phone and email channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing accurate information on product, pricing and availability.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up when necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms.

Required profile

Relevant work experience is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fluency in both French and English.
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
