Business Central Financials Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Central Financials Management Consultant to join our global Microsoft partner team. The consultant will work with clients in service‑centric industries to analyse finance processes, design solutions and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) to improve operational and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse client finance processes and provide consulting recommendations.
• Lead hands‑on implementation and deployment of D365 Business Central and related Project Management modules.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to configure the system using best‑practice development and implementation methodologies.
• Document business requirements and functional design specifications.
• Facilitate meetings with functional/technical consultants and end‑users to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support to achieve customers’ business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience consulting on finance processes and ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
