Butler – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

The Butler is the primary ambassador of the St. Regis Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to guests before arrival, during check‑in, throughout their stay, and at departure. Working closely with other hotel departments, the Butler ensures every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke experiences and anticipate guest needs from pre‑arrival to departure.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and verify that supporting departments are equipped to meet service standards.
• Build rapport with guests, acting proactively to fulfill requests.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Passion for luxury service, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality.
