General Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced luxury‑hospitality leader to take the helm of St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort, an intimate beachfront retreat on Morocco’s Mediterranean coast. The General Manager will be responsible for overall leadership, commercial performance and strategic direction of the 100‑room resort.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue, profitability and market positioning through a strong commercial mindset.
• Elevate the guest experience by ensuring St. Regis signature rituals and service culture are consistently delivered.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, fostering accountability, development and collaboration.
• Strengthen relationships with guests, partners, the local community and ownership while balancing brand and business priorities.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably as a General Manager or Hotel Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional financial and commercial results in complex hotel or resort operations.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and build trusted relationships with owners and key stakeholders.
• International outlook and cultural agility to succeed in a Moroccan setting.
