CFS & NTM Planning Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CFS & NTM Planning Associate to join our Manufacturing Services team in Tetouan, Morocco. The role ensures that CFS and NTM raw materials are available on time to meet production schedules, supporting both ongoing operations and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material supply plans based on demand, inventory targets, supplier lead times and constraints.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and Logistics to secure timely deliveries and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Support New Product Development projects by planning material readiness according to project milestones.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP, including material parameters, safety stock and planning settings.
• Prepare planning reports, material availability analyses and KPI dashboards for decision‑making.
• Analyze inventory performance and contribute to stock optimisation, write‑off reduction and supply reliability.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in material, supply or production planning, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP MRP and material‑planning processes is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (MRP) and material‑planning settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
