About the role
We are seeking a Workshop Manager specialized in wood carpentry to lead and coordinate the production floor of a wood industry company in Casablanca. The role focuses on ensuring efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and organise daily production activities in the workshop.
- Lead and allocate tasks to the carpentry team, ensuring clear responsibilities.
- Monitor product quality, delivery deadlines and overall productivity.
- Enforce safety procedures and compliance with workshop regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep the workshop operating smoothly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in wood carpentry, cabinetmaking, wood production or a related technical field.
- Confirmed experience working in a wood or carpentry workshop.
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff management.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and the ability to prioritise tasks.
