Clinical Education Manager – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Education Manager to lead our application and education initiatives in Casablanca. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction while driving education revenue and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer liaison for application and education topics, handling escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to provide technical and business support.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve processes, set new parameters, and generate innovative ideas.
• Lead and develop a field team, ensuring the right mix of competencies and mindset.
• Oversee staffing, performance development, and P&L responsibility for application/education revenue.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to sustain high departmental performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience, including at least 3 years managing field teams with customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and deep understanding of service best practices.
• Experience in P&L management and driving education‑related revenue.
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
