Commercial B2B – Fresh Produce Packaging

About the role

Ait Melloul Negoce supports Moroccan fresh-produce exporters by providing export-ready packaging that meets the strict standards of Europe's leading retailers. The Commercial B2B role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tangier, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. It involves managing and developing relationships with exporters, identifying their packaging needs and proposing solutions that meet European retailer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate terms
• Oversee the order-to-delivery cycle in coordination with purchasing and logistics teams
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on accurate forecasting, timely supply and continuous improvement of commercial processes

Required profile

• Experience in B2B trade, packaging or agri-food exports is beneficial
• Preferred: degree or equivalent training in business, commerce, supply chain or a related field
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, prioritise tasks and manage several client accounts at once
• French and/or English proficiency is an advantage; knowledge of European retail standards is a plus
