Compensation & Benefits Expert for Country Operations

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert to lead the design and implementation of remuneration and reward systems for its operations in Morocco. You will ensure alignment with global HR standards while adapting to local market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the country’s compensation and benefits structure in line with global policies.
• Monitor competitive wage trends and adjust salary schemes accordingly.
• Plan and execute collective and performance‑based salary increases.
• Provide consultancy, training and material on C&B topics to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, reporting and compliance for all C&B related information.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, payroll or remuneration management.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law, social security obligations and payroll taxation.
• Ability to conduct market salary surveys, analyse gaps and propose competitive recommendations.
• Expertise in salary structures, compensation policies, employee benefits and variable compensation schemes.
