Compliance Officer – Morocco & Algeria

About the role

The Compliance Officer for Morocco and Algeria will partner with local General Managers to provide data‑driven risk insights, ensuring GSK operates responsibly across the cluster. This hybrid role combines analytical expertise, risk management, and leadership to influence decisions and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise commercial leadership on high‑risk activities, offering proactive compliance guidance and risk‑mitigation coaching.
• Coordinate quarterly Cluster Risk Management and Compliance Board meetings and report on risk‑management effectiveness.
• Provide compliance oversight for Commercial Alliance partnerships, acting as escalation point and ensuring governance throughout the alliance lifecycle.
• Lead targeted risk deep‑dives and support independent business monitoring and third‑party audits.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk, legal, audit or similar roles within a regulated industry, preferably pharma/healthcare.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and senior leadership.

Required skills

• Proven risk‑management expertise with ability to influence senior management.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable risk recommendations.
