Contrôleur de Gestion BTP – Pilotage de la Performance Financière

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Management Controller to support the performance steering and financial monitoring of our client’s activities in Casablanca. The role combines budget management, variance analysis and reporting to help operational teams make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and update budgets, forecasts and management dashboards.
• Analyse variances between actual results, budget and forecasts.
• Produce regular financial and operational reporting for senior management.
• Define, implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the improvement of control‑management tools and procedures.
• Support operational teams in managing their financial performance.
• Carry out ad‑hoc analyses to facilitate decision‑making.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Audit or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control, with proven experience in the construction sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge data and propose improvements.
• Good interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with operational stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with reporting or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
