Coordinateur EU DIGITOOL – Communication digitale

About the role

The EU DIGITOOL Coordinator will join NTU International’s EU‑funded project supporting visibility, strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role is part of a non‑key expert team delivering digital communication solutions for the project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the EU DIGITOOL within the EU‑Morocco visibility project.
• Manage digital communication platforms and ensure the quality of content and data.
• Document project information and maintain institutional databases.
• Support the strategic communication and public diplomacy activities of the EU in Morocco.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in communication, digital communication, information management, documentation, project management, information systems, digital technologies or a related field.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English are assets.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital communication, content management, project documentation, web platform or database management, or institutional information coordination. If the educational level is below BAC+4, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
