Credit/Collections Associate Manager

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, is looking for a Credit/Collections Associate Manager in Casablanca. The role leads and supports the Credit & Collections team in achieving operational and financial objectives, balancing business growth with effective risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer credit exposure, assess creditworthiness and make informed credit decisions to minimize business risk.
• Drive collections activities, dispute resolution and overdue debt recovery while keeping strong customer relationships.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports and market information to evaluate customer risk profiles.
• Prepare and present credit risk reports, KPIs and business performance updates to management.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and other stakeholders on risk management.
• Identify process improvements and support month-end closing, reporting and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Risk Management or a related finance function.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Business fluency in English; German is an asset.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring or coordinating teams is highly preferred.
