Customer Service Representative

About the role

A full-time, on-site position for Customer Support Representatives in Rabat, Morocco. The ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in the required languages, depending on the project (French, Arabic and/or English).
• Willingness to work on-site in Rabat, Morocco.
• Customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
