Customer Service Senior Associate – Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Hytech is seeking a Customer Service Senior Associate who is fluent in Portuguese and English to join its global support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, and ensuring a smooth experience with our fintech and financial services platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line support through live chats, phone calls, and email.
• Answer queries and resolve client issues related to products, platforms, and promotions.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Record and update customer data and relevant information as needed.
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks within the department.
• Support translation of customer announcement notices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Effective communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
