Customer Support Consultant (remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service leader that partners with tech companies such as MasterCard, Calm and MacPaw. The company delivers secure customer and technical support in more than 60 languages across 30+ countries. As a Customer Support Consultant you will work remotely, helping customers worldwide while developing new skills in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email and phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance and key feature explanations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including calibration problems and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Provide accurate, detailed responses and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in customer support.
• Experience with help‑desk software and remote support tools.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
