About the role

We are seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist and Claim Investigator to join our Casablanca team. The role focuses on validating credit insurance claims, negotiating trade disputes and recovering outstanding amounts for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

Investigate the validity of credit insurance claims and gather supporting documentation.
Negotiate and resolve trade conflicts with counterparties.
Recover outstanding claims through appropriate legal and commercial channels.
Collaborate with colleagues and local offices across regions.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain case files.

Required profile

Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in international trade or insurance claims.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
