About the role

The Digital Communication Specialist will join the marketing team in Casablanca, shaping and delivering the company’s online presence. This role focuses on creating engaging digital content, managing social channels, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the social media and digital communication strategy.
• Manage and animate social media platforms and online communities.
• Coordinate with creative agencies to produce content and execute campaigns.
• Develop local digital assets such as videos, visuals, brochures, and news pieces.
• Support both online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns, reporting on performance.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
• Analyze digital metrics and deliver regular performance insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in digital communication or social media management.
• Strong understanding of digital media and content strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
