About the role

The Director of Digital Marketing will shape and expand the company’s brand presence by defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans both offline and online channels. You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, crafting compelling content, and driving new customer acquisition while measuring the impact of each initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing content, reporting on key performance indicators and adjusting tactics as needed.
• Develop, maintain and update website content to ensure relevance, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Research, segment and target audiences to maximise reach and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to the most effective channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging channels to keep the brand competitive.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong content‑creation abilities and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
