E‑BOM Project Pilot – Codification & Diversity Lead

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a specialist to lead the Project E‑BOM pilot, ensuring accurate codification and diversity management across the automotive PLM ecosystem. You will act as the main liaison between the BCI team and meta‑function groups, driving data quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Project eBOM based on the Generic eBOM.
• Collect, verify and validate eBOM Change Requests from BCI teams.
• Ensure eBOM compliance, data completeness and structural consistency in PLM.
• Represent the BCI team in weekly commission meetings with meta‑function.
• Prepare and secure CAD 2 and CAD 3 releases.
• Create and manage ECOs, PDEF, PREA and release‑related data.
• Monitor eBOM quality KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver weekly eBOM status reports to the project team.

Required profile

• Background in automotive, industrial or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in Engineering Bill of Materials (eBOM) management and PLM environments.
• Good understanding of vehicle architecture, module structure, product configuration and variant management.
• Familiarity with release processes and engineering change management.

Required skills

• PLM tools: ENOVIA (Dassault Systèmes), CODEP, SAP.
• ERP systems and data traceability.
• LCDV management, standards and technical data quality.
• Engineering change management (ECO/LA/PA).
• Business intelligence tools: SAP BI 4.
• Working with eBOM Change Request files, PTA files, PowerTools, DocInfo, and EBOM viewers.
