Engineering Supervisor – Taghazout Bay Resort

About the role

The Engineering Supervisor will lead the maintenance team at the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, ensuring all equipment, tools and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This full‑time onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with staff leadership in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges and meters; locate and operate shut‑off valves.
• Order, label, stock parts and manage inventory and purchase‑order logs.
• Conduct life‑safety checks, fire‑pump and generator run tests, and inspect fire‑sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Develop and support disaster‑response protocols.
• Respond to guest repair requests and ensure high service standards.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching engineering staff.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies; report hazards and incidents.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of related engineering or maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
