Environmental Testing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Environmental Testing Engineer to plan, execute and document environmental and validation tests for automotive products. The role ensures compliance with customer requirements and international standards while supporting production and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage test plans for validation activities, including DV, PV, re‑validation and environmental testing.
• Define test methods based on customer requirements and standards, and execute life, endurance and environmental tests.
• Monitor test conditions, evaluate results, and prepare internal and customer validation reports.
• Calculate testing costs, support resource planning and coordinate procurement of adapters, jigs and fixtures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, support test software, and handle Jira tickets for non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and knowledge of French and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
