Expert Modern WorkPlace O365 (H/F)

About the role

Scalian is looking for a Modern Workplace O365 Expert to lead the evolution, security and standardisation of SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot within its O365 suite. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will drive audits, clean‑ups and governance across the collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of SharePoint sites, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot environments, identifying drift, obsolete resources and governance gaps.
• Produce detailed reports with recommendations and implement clean‑up actions such as deletion, archiving and rationalisation of workspaces.
• Standardise SharePoint and Teams using templates, naming conventions and structured governance policies.
• Implement lifecycle management processes (creation, operation, review, archiving, deletion) and automate them with Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Monitor KPIs, storage and capacity, and manage retention periods and inactivity policies.
• Define and secure the use of Copilot AI and Copilot Studio, and provide guidance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with 3‑7 years of experience in a Microsoft‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, configuration management).
• Service‑oriented mindset, proactive attitude, rigorous and well‑organised, with a passion for continuous learning.
• Professional English proficiency.
