About the role
The Floor Supervisor ensures that every guest room meets Four Seasons’ highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This onsite position is based at the Four Seasons Casablanca, a seaside hotel offering luxury accommodations and a range of dining and wellness facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Oversee Room Attendants and Housemen working on the floors.
- Conduct detailed inspections of housekeeping work to maintain quality.
Required profile
- Local candidates due to the country’s work‑permit policy.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.
- Strong attention to detail for room inspections.
