About the role

The Floor Supervisor ensures that every guest room at the Four Seasons Casablanca meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working on the hotel’s seaside property, the supervisor leads the housekeeping team to deliver the luxury experience expected by Four Seasons guests.

Key responsibilities

Oversee Room Attendants and Housemen on the floor, coordinating daily tasks.
Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify compliance with Four Seasons standards.
Maintain a seamless flow of operations between housekeeping and other hotel departments.

Required profile

Experience in hotel housekeeping or floor supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
