About the role
Join IKEA's Food & Beverage team in Casablanca, delivering friendly service, maintaining product quality and contributing to a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive friendly, empathetic service and maintain a clean, well‑presented food area.
- Maintain product quality, freshness and appealing range presentation while supporting sales targets.
- Follow food safety, quality and operational procedures and report any incidents.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen production or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in a team, support colleagues and continuously improve based on customer feedback.
- Understanding of sales targets and cost‑conscious working practices.
Required skills
- Food Safety knowledge (certificate is a plus).
- Computer literate, especially MS Office.
