Food Service Supervisor

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor will lead daily operations in restaurants and hospitality venues across multiple Canadian cities. This position is ideal for candidates with supervisory experience who are eager to build a long‑term career in Canada’s growing hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food service staff.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet company standards for quality and presentation.
• Train, schedule, and support employees to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Functional proficiency in French and English (CLB 5 or higher).
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligible for a Canadian work permit or already holding valid Canadian work status.
