Freelance Field Sales Agent for Real Estate Agencies

About the role

Neximo is launching its SaaS platform for real‑estate agencies in Casablanca and needs a proactive freelance field sales agent. You will meet agency owners, understand their daily challenges, and demonstrate how Neximo Pro can streamline their workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect agencies on the ground through door‑to‑door visits, cold calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Qualify leads, present the product, negotiate terms and secure signed agreements.
• Maintain rigorous follow‑up in the CRM until the agency becomes active on the platform.
• Report daily activity and results to the sales manager.

Required profile

• Based in Casablanca, own a vehicle and equipped with a PC or tablet.
• 2‑4 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in cold calling and physical prospecting.
• Minimum education: Bac+2.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and resilient with a hunter mentality.
• Available 100 % for the mission (no other concurrent activities).
