French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and calmly deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.

Required profile

• Full fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
