Front Office Manager - Four Seasons Hotel Rabat

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, a luxury hotel in the Moroccan capital on 15 acres with 13 buildings, gardens, pools and views of the Atlantic, is looking for a Front Office Manager. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the manager ensures the smooth operation of the Front Office, Guest Services and related guest-facing departments, maintains Four Seasons standards and drives guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations, including arrivals and departures, guest requests and concerns, and personalized treatment of VIP, Elite and returning guests
• Work with all hotel departments to coordinate guest experiences, support group and VIP arrivals and ensure a consistent luxury experience
• Lead and develop the Front Office team, drive engagement, recruitment and retention, and monitor service quality and LQA standards
• Oversee departmental scheduling and productivity, and support revenue-generating initiatives through upselling strategies
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and audit requirements, and contribute to cost control and labor management

Required profile

• Previous management experience in front office operations in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Rooms Division operations, guest service excellence, revenue optimization and departmental financial management
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English, and eligibility to work in Morocco

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with guest engagement platforms, quality assurance programs, scheduling and operational reporting is highly desirable
