General Manager - ACCOR Hotel Nador

About the role

ACCOR is looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced hospitality leader to run its ACCOR flag hotel in Nador. As General Manager you will manage the hotel as a whole, covering guest satisfaction, staff leadership, financial performance and operational efficiency, while driving business growth, upholding brand standards and building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire all departments to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Set the overall management and strategic direction of the property so all departments align with key objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ACCOR standards and local regulations.
• Make sure KPI goals are met.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and cost controls.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, training and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners and the owner.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic; multilingual skills are a plus.
