Global HR Systems & Digitalization Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

As part of Hirschmann Automotive’s global HR transformation, you will own, stabilize and continuously develop the SAP SuccessFactors platform across all countries. Based at the Kenitra plant, you will act as the functional and technical owner of the SuccessFactors landscape, supporting HR teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Run and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Learning modules, handling configuration, permissions, and position management.
• Provide 2nd‑level support for HR users globally, triaging tickets, coordinating with SAP or implementation partners, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage the semi‑annual SAP release cycle, including impact assessment, regression testing, feature activation and user communication.
• Own global HR master‑data standards, execute mass data loads, and conduct recurring data‑quality audits.
• Monitor and support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, payroll, time‑management and other systems.
• Build and maintain standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards (Story Reports, People Analytics).
• Participate in the rollout of remaining SuccessFactors modules, leading workshops, writing functional specifications, and supporting go‑live and hypercare.
• Contribute to the global HR digitalization roadmap, identifying automation opportunities and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration of Employee Central.
• Proven involvement in at least one full SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Strong data‑management skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English and French; German is a plus.
• Analytical, structured and quality‑driven, able to work independently across time zones.
