Group IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

TRIGO, a global industrial quality services company with 10,000 employees in 26 countries, is looking for a Group IT Infrastructure Specialist in Tangier. Reporting to the Group IT Infrastructure Manager, the specialist manages and supports the deployment and maintenance of the Group's IT tools and infrastructure and contributes to its IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: contribute to Group-level infrastructure projects such as infrastructure improvement, ensure end-user communication and manage the move to the cloud
• Tool management: interface with regional IT teams and external suppliers, manage Office 365, Skype and SharePoint, and manage Azure, Intune and Active Directory
• Monitoring and security: manage ATP, data protection and anti-virus tools
• Support: act as contact for regional IT managers, provide Level 3 support, investigate issues, write remediation plans and maintain technical documentation
• Reporting and quality: report regularly on project progress, inform immediately of major incidents, meet deadlines, follow QMS procedures and apply ITIL best practice

Required profile

• Good relationships, listening skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Ability to adapt communication to the interlocutor and work in a multicultural context
