Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will own the acquisition engine, turning brand awareness into qualified leads and paying customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies on one or several channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, content, lifecycle).
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels, landing pages and campaigns.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and scale the winners while terminating under‑performing tactics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on all metrics, turning data into clear actionable insights.

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new channels and tools.
• Highly motivated to become a top growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting and referral programs.
• Ability to build and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Use of AI‑powered marketing and automation tools.
