Guest Experience Executive (French & English Speaking)

About the role

Houst, a professional property management company founded in 2015, supports hosts with short-term lets in more than 20 cities worldwide. It is hiring a French-speaking Guest Experience Executive to join its remote team in Morocco. The role is a contractor position covering 5 days per week, with 8-hour rotating shifts between 11:00 AM and 12:00 AM UK time, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays; the exact pattern depends on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests, before, during and after their stay
• Respond to inbound messages and calls, resolve issues quickly and calmly, and handle complaints with confidence and empathy
• Manage reservations and bookings
• Provide clear information about properties, house rules and processes
• Collect and verify guest ID documents and submit required details to regulatory systems
• Ensure pre-arrival information is complete before check-in
• Carry out concierge outreach to improve the guest experience
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM

Required profile

• Fluent or business-level English and French, written and spoken
• Previous experience in Airbnb or hospitality is helpful but not essential
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
• Headset with mic and webcam, stable high-speed internet (minimum 5 Mbps) and a laptop or desktop with at least a quad-core 2.5 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD

Required skills

• Excellent written communication, calm under pressure
• Comfortable multitasking across systems and conversations
• Confident use of CRMs and digital tools
• Solid problem-solving skills, especially with frustrated guests

This is a contractor role with no government-mandated benefits and no equipment provided. Salary is 5,000 to 7,000 MAD per month depending on experience.
