Guest Relations Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Guest Relations Supervisor for Food & Beverage ensures that every guest experience at Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort is seamless, welcoming, and exceeds expectations. You will lead a team of front‑of‑house staff, maintain high service standards, and act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and motivate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation; address any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas, enforce FIFO practices, and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inventories, stock requisitions, and monitor dining‑room seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Generate work orders for maintenance repairs as needed.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company safety, security, and uniform policies; report incidents promptly.
• Welcome guests professionally, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and cost‑savings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
