Guest Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Relations Supervisor ensures that every guest experience at Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort meets the highest standards of service and satisfaction. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates guest requests, manages reservations, and supports the front‑office team in delivering personalized hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, follow up on requests, and confirm reservations or cancellations.
• Provide detailed information on property amenities, local attractions, and special services such as spa, transportation, and business center.
• Arrange special guest services (babysitting, religious services, interpretation, etc.) by coordinating with internal departments or external providers.
• Collaborate with management to develop procedures, set performance goals, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor completion, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect guest privacy, and uphold company policies.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure inclusive service delivery.
• Handle telephone etiquette, prepare written documents accurately, and support team communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reservation and guest‑service software (as used by Marriott).
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
