About the role
The Guest Services Agent ensures seamless guest experiences by handling luggage, valet assistance, and front‑desk support during overnight operations at Four Seasons Casablanca.
Key responsibilities
- Work overnight shifts following hotel protocols.
- Deliver and collect luggage, transporting it to storage or the front drive.
- Assist guests with valet parking requests, including vehicle retrieval.
- Maintain accurate records of stored luggage and package deliveries.
- Provide hotel orientation to arriving guests and address special requests.
Required profile
- Ability to work overnight hours.
- Professional, courteous interaction with guests and colleagues.
