Head of Maintenance Management – Production Facility

About the role

Lead and supervise the Maintenance Management organization for a production facility, driving performance, governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple maintenance units, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and lead initiatives related to maintenance management, standards, governance and processes.
• Define and steer budgets for development activities within the area of responsibility.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of senior maintenance management experience in manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
